2+2 Christmas Offer – Terms & Conditions


How the Offer Works

  1. The 2+2 offer applies when the customer adds any 4 minimalist earring pairs to the cart.

  2. The system automatically discounts the 2 lowest-priced pairs to €0.

  3. The offer applies only to minimalist earrings.

  4. Discounts do not stack - if the 2+2 promotion is active, additional discount codes cannot be used.

  5. The promotion applies proportionally to larger quantities (e.g., adding 8 pairs applies as 4 paid and 4 free).

Returns and Refunds

Under Lithuanian consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returning Items Purchased Under the 2+2 Promotion

  1. To receive a monetary refund for an order purchased under the 2+2 offer, the customer must return all 4 pairsincluded in the promotional bundle.

  2. If the customer returns fewer than all 4 pairs, the promotional conditions no longer apply.

    • In this case, the order is recalculated at the original (regular) prices, without the 2+2 discount.

    • The refundable amount is determined according to the recalculated order total, deducting the value of items retained by the customer.

  3. Refunds are issued only after the goods are returned and inspected to ensure they are unused and undamaged, as required by Lithuanian consumer protection regulations.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are possible.

  2. Return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect, in accordance with Lithuanian law.

Additional Conditions

  1. The promotion is valid only during the announced campaign period.

  2. The seller reserves the right to update or amend the promotion terms during the campaign period, ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations.

  3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
