Free shipping
- Lithuania: free delivery to parcel lockers.
- Other EU countries: free standard shipping on orders of €100 or more.
- Outside the EU: shipping fees apply to all orders, regardless of order value.

Order preparation
We prepare orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times below are counted from the day your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure you love our created jewelry. If you'd like change the jewelry you ordered, we are here to help, just get in touch with us.
If you would like to return your jewelry, please notify us at hello@freakyfoxx.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number so we can identify your purchase. You do not need to give a reason for your return. Please send the items back within 14 calendar days of notifying us.
Return shipping cost is covered by customer.
