Care instructions

Porcelain is delicate material that should be handle with care to avoid struck with hard objects or surfaces during wear. Porcelain can be cleaned with soapy water and silk or other soft material

Gift wrapping and packing

• Your jewellery will come in a small box ready for gifting
• Shipping gifts directly to the recipient are always welcome
• I can include a personal note as requested, just contact me immediately after you place your order

Lost packages

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking does not work.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. We hold all the responsibility for the claims.
• While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.

Refund

• If you receive jewelry which is damaged during transmission (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.
• If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
• Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
• You can send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediately.
•You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
•Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
•If you are shipping an item over 65€ , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
