We want to make sure you love our created jewelry. If you'd like change the jewelry you ordered, we are here to help, just get in touch with us.
If you want to return jewelry, just drop us an email at hello@freakyfoxx.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll happily accept unworn and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original package for a full refund shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item.
Return shipping cost is covered by customer.
All of our jewelry is crafted from the highest quality porcelain and is plated with precious metal lustres, thus we stand by the quality of our products. Before shipping, every jewelry piece is carefully selected so that it meets our strict criteria. Our 2 year warranty covers fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre, earring posts, in case of some product breakage (more about specific product guarantees can be found bellow). We believe that you deserve only the best quality of our products at a reasonable price, therefore we will always strive to meet your needs.

2 year warranty for fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre and fallen/lost earring posts. In case of breakage, we replace the earring with a new one.

2 year guarantee for fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre. In case of breakage, we replace the pendant with a new one.
ooak earrings:
2 year guarantee for fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre and fallen/lost earring posts. In case of breakage we offer to fix it or if that is impossible, we give it a new shape.

2 year guarantee for fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre. In case of breakage we offer to fix it or if that is impossible, we give them a new shape.
porcelain rings:
2 year warranty for fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre. In case of breakage we offer to fix it and if that is impossible you get a 50% discount for any other product in our store. Discount applies for 6 months since purchase date and can be used up in 1 year.
