If you would like to return your jewelry, please notify us at hello@freakyfoxx.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number so we can identify your purchase. You do not need to give a reason for your return. Please send the items back within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Our 2 year warranty covers fixing any wear off of gold or platinum lustre, earring posts, in case of some product breakage (more about specific product guarantees can be found bellow).
