Bulb Advice

We recommend using LED bulbs with your lampshades. They are energy-efficient, stay cool to the touch, and prevent overheating of the shades and ceilings.

Compatibility

The frame is designed to fit global fittings, including E12, E26, E27 (commonly used in Europe and the USA), and B22 (UK). The lampshade comes with a convenient converter plug that allows it to work with all these fittings.

Testing

Our lampshade materials have passed the glow wire test, conducted by the Lighting Association, ensuring safety and quality.

Shipping

Please note that order preparation time is 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within the time frame listed below, depending on your location and the shipping method you selected. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Custom orders and pre-orders may take 7-14 business days for preparation and shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new lampshade. If you’d like to exchange it, we’re here to assist! Simply reach out to us.

If you wish to return your lampshade, please email us at home@freakyfoxx.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll gladly accept lampshades in sellable condition with the original packaging for a full refund, as long as the return is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
