Bulb Advice

The frame is designed to fit global fittings, including E12, E26, E27 (commonly used in Europe and the USA), and B22 (UK). The lampshade comes with a convenient converter plug that allows it to work with all these fittings.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new lampshade. If you’d like to exchange it, we’re here to assist! Simply reach out to us.

If you wish to return your lampshade, please email us at home@freakyfoxx.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll gladly accept lampshades in sellable condition with the original packaging for a full refund, as long as the return is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
